RULES.
- The Borders of Belgium will be organized as a BRM and therefore the rules of the ACP apply. you can find those rules here.
- The Borders of Belgium is a ride in the true spirit of randonneuring. That means no assistance aloud, autonomous and no route signs.
- A route sheet and a GPS-track will be available. The GPS-track will be released in april, but please understand that the route can be changed by the organization if needed.
- The check points are in local shops. Date and hour must be noted on het control card. The addresses of the check points are indicated on the route sheet. In case the local shop is closed, a control question must be answered. The answer to the question can be found near the check point and will be easy to recognize. That answer will replace the stamp on the brevet card.
- It is important to follow the official route. Secret controls can be made by the organisation. Missing a stamp (or answer) of a control (secret or not) can cause the non homologation of the brevet.
- As indicated in the rules of ACP, the rider himself us fully responsable. The liability can not be put with the organization. Participants are riding as if they are on a personal ride and have to follow de rules and regulations of the country they are riding in at that time.
- By taking part the participant agrees with the rules of the organization and the rules of the ACP. The participant declare having a waiver of liability (personal insurrance).
